Chicago criminal trial lawyer James I. Marcus had a distinguished career as a federal prosecutor before turning to private criminal defense. He's an Illinois SuperLawyer. Early in his career, he served in the prestigious Honors Program of the U.S. Justice Department, and also served in various federal jurisdictions throughout the United States.
